Win All for Christ (WAC)

TANZANIA Children and Youth Outreach

Representative:

Michael Mafie

Description of the project and the work to be done

The Tanzania Children and Youth Outreach Program is an initiative of Win All for Christ (WAC), working with local communities across different regions of Tanzania to support children and young people's well-being, education and development.

Volunteers will work alongside WAC's local team to support educational activities, assist with school supplies and learning initiatives, participate in youth engagement activities, support community outreach events and contribute their skills to initiatives that benefit children, young people and their families.

Depending on their experience and programme arrangements, volunteers may assist with educational support, recreational activities, mentoring under appropriate supervision, organizing community events and supporting practical community initiatives.

The programme also provides opportunities for cultural exchange, allowing international volunteers to learn about Tanzanian culture, build relationships with local communities and share knowledge and experiences.

All activities involving children will follow WAC's safeguarding procedures, with appropriate supervision and respect for children's safety, dignity and privacy.

Activities may take place in Arusha and other regions of Tanzania where WAC operates, depending on programme needs and arrangements.
