Description of the project and the work to be done
1. Partnerships & Networking Lead
What you will do:
Build relationships with churches, faith communities, NGOs, and institutions
Identify opportunities for collaboration
Support outreach and external engagement

2. Fundraising & Grants Support
What you will do:
Research funding opportunities
Support grant writing and applications
Help build and maintain donor relationships

3. Programme Design & Development Lead
What you will do:
Help design structured programmes, workshops, and initiatives
Develop clear goals, activities, and basic impact frameworks
Support planning of new ideas

Ability to turn ideas into clear plans
4. Operations / Project Coordinator
What you will do:
Help organise tasks and timelines
Follow up with team members
Support smooth day-to-day coordination

5. Communications & Content Writer
What you will do:
Write content for social media, emails, and updates
Help shape clear and consistent messaging
Support storytelling and communication efforts

Strong writing skills in English and/or Arabic
Ability to communicate clearly and simply
Attention to tone and audience
6. Social Media Manager
What you will do:
Manage social media platforms
Schedule and publish content
Support audience growth and engagement
What we are looking for:
Familiarity with social media tools
Consistency and reliability
Interest in digital communication
7. Graphic Designer
What you will do:
Create visuals for social media, campaigns, and presentations
Support branding and visual identity, including a brandbook
What we are looking for:
Basic design skills (Canva or similar is fine)
Creativity and attention to detail
8. Website Developer
What you will do:
Build and maintain a simple website
Support updates and improvements
What we are looking for:
Basic web development skills
Ability to keep things simple and user-friendly
